A combination of four medications, including Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, Itraconazole, and Clobetasol, is known as Ofloxacin + Ornidazole + Itraconazole + Clobetasol. A type of antibiotic called ofloxacin kills bacterial infections by stopping them from growing and healing. Ornidazole is an antibiotic that also damages DNA to kill other contagious germs in addition to bacteria. Antifungal drug is called itraconazole. By dissolving the fungus’ cell barrier, it removes it and prevents its expansion while curing the dermatological disease. The drug Clobetasol contains steroids. It prevents the synthesis of specific chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause the skin to become irritated, inflamed, and red.
