Product Description

Gritus-LS is a combination of three drugs that relieves cough with mucus: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol, and Guaifenesin. Ambroxol is a mucolytic, meaning it thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) to make coughing easier. A bronchodilator, levosalbutamol is used to open up the airways. It works by relaxing and widening the muscles in the airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that helps to remove mucus (phlegm) from the airways by reducing its stickiness. They make breathing easier when used together.

Ambroxol + Levosalbutamol + Guaifenesin has a lot of adverse effects:

Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting Allergic response, upset stomach, stomach ache Dizziness, Headache, rash, hives, tremor, palpitations, and other symptoms Muscle ache, Heart rate has increased.
